Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Moon Shine AI mobile application (iOS and Android — hereafter the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Moon Shine AI is a mobile application that provides astrological readings, daily guidance, transit analysis, synastry (relationship compatibility), and a personal chat assistant (Ayperi) based on the user's date, time, and place of birth. Content is provided for entertainment and personal awareness purposes; it does not constitute medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 are advised to use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Auto-Renewal

3.1 Plans

Moon Shine AI offers the following premium subscription plans:

Monthly Premium — auto-renews every month.
Yearly Premium — auto-renews every year.

Current prices are shown on the App's purchase screen in your local currency. Prices may differ by country and platform store.

3.2 Payment

When you confirm a purchase, the charge is applied to the account of the platform you use (Apple ID or Google Play account). Payments are collected via App Store or Google Play; Moon Shine AI does not access or store your credit card or bank account information.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within the 24-hour window before the end of the current period at the then-current plan price.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is performed not from inside the App but in your platform's account settings:

iOS: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions or on iPhone via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Android: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or in the Play Store app via Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

After cancellation you keep premium access until the end of the current billing period; no renewal will occur at period end.

3.5 Refund Policy

Purchases and refunds are subject to your platform's rules. Refund requests must be made directly via Apple or Google Play. Moon Shine AI cannot directly process refunds that have not been approved by the platform store.

3.6 Free Trial (if offered)

Where a free trial is offered, if it is not canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription will start automatically and the fee will be charged to your account. The trial period and included features are clearly stated on the purchase screen.

4. User Obligations

By using the App you agree to:

Not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms others.
Not attempt to reverse engineer the App's source code.
Not use the App with false information or another person's information.
Not share, resell, or otherwise transfer subscription access to others.
Not use the AI chat feature (Ayperi) for medical, psychological, or emergency assistance.
Not send automated or abusive bulk requests to our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

The App — including all design, logos, text, imagery, and source code — is owned by Moon Shine AI and is protected by international copyright laws. You are granted only a non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Gemini via our own backend proxy for reading generation, RevenueCat for purchase management, Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting, and Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage analytics. Data shared with these services is described in detail in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Moon Shine AI provides astrological content for entertainment and personal awareness. Readings in the App are not scientific predictions or professional advice. The user agrees not to make decisions on health, finance, relationships, career, or legal matters based solely on App content. Moon Shine AI cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the App.

The App is provided "as-is". No express or implied warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Termination

If you violate these Terms, your access to the App may be restricted or terminated without prior notice. The user retains the right to delete their own profile at any time via Settings → Delete my data in the App.

9. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from the Terms is subject to the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan).
